Chelsea Gray

Gray gave Las Vegas a defining playoff performance in 2022. In her second season with the Aces, she directed the offense and scored twenty points in the title-clinching 78–71 victory over Connecticut. The result secured the franchise’s first WNBA championship.

She received Finals MVP honors after averaging 18.3 points and six assists in the series. The clinching game was played in Connecticut, an important distinction in a Vegas archive: the achievement belonged to the hometown team even though it happened on the road. Her profile connects the player’s contribution to the game record and the broader growth of women’s professional sport in the Valley.
